This German Shepherd was found near a reservoir with a rope, likely tied up but managed to free himself. Sick and scared, I gained his trust and rushed him to the vet, where he tested positive for anaplasmosis. Now starting a 45-day treatment, he needs a safe place to stay, but we are full.   14. Humans are the most evil species on this planet….im ashamed to be one when I see these cases. So many dogs havnt been as lucky and the authorities not noticing them is questionable in these environments. Don't they inspect or audit these places?
