Rennala has a great vibe and environment, but it’s brought down by a lackluster move set. I don’t dislike her, but her first phase is a little frustrating as it feels like hide-and-seek. Her second phase is significantly better, as she fights for herself, but her moves are pretty similar and have the same traits. They aren’t particularly difficult to deal with, and she basically can’t do anything if you get in on her, so she’s pretty easy to beat. Overall, I like this boss thematically and don’t hate her moves, but I wish she had more close options to punish aggression.
