  4. That wasn't a very peaceful chat in stream today. A lot of unmuted pro-ruzzian orc talk, religion and LGBTQ+ crap, and it wasn't Respectful, which is part of the TRAVLR code. Letting that sort of thing stand in the chat has a chilling effect on the room. It drove people away from the stream, and I broke immersion with the game. 0/10 cowboy hats.

    If merc is talking about that stuff and paused the game, that's one thing. If we are in the War Stream, then fine, we can rumble, but IMHO, this is the after party. If it's jedi, and 95% of the time he's just talking about which cheese would look the best with eyebrows, then that's ok, he's just weird and we all are weird in one way or anything. I'm grateful for the community to allow his completely weird non sequitur statements provide whatever it provides for him. For some reason, he really wanted to touch the hot wire tonight. That crap about LGBTQ+ or this or that religion can't stand, at least not with me.

    There are troll usernames I recognize who watch merc's chat from the war stream who then chime in and try to start fights or divide the community. They are probably paid to keep an eye out or take sick pleasure in it and do it for free. Even if we banned them, they are probably under contract and paid to watch merc's streams and look for inroads to divide us (because we are a threat). Could be people brigading from other channels. We are in an informational war and everywhere are eyes and ears. They will try to stop us using any means, even if we are just playing/watching a game.

    We are a diverse group and we can't afford to exclude anyone. Our strength is in numbers, and we need to be all hands on deck supporting each other. Together we are powerful, and the orcs mean to divide, depress, disengage, discourage, and distract us. If you push on one TRAVLR, I will push back.

    99% of the time our MODS bravely walk the impossible line here. To wield a champions MOD sword is both an honor and a burden, and I commend those who take up the call and duty. To heavy, censor, to light, chaos. And triple bonus points for stuff that is highly sensitive and emotional like, I dunno an ongoing war, where barrier to entry are users who can fall onto a keyboard and type a comment. And Pete's video today got me pretty worked up. So sorry on my part if I'm being extra spicy noodle.
