Unfortunately too good to be true, at least to claim it doesn’t move makeup, period, because if you use a more emollient foundation especially, ANYTHING that you swipe across your made up skin will disrupt it.
MAYBE if you need close to zero pressure to get product off of the stick, but when we’re talking about a sunscreen that doesn’t have a buttery formula by nature, you would have to press down fairly hard to get product onto your skin at all, especially a sunscreen that you need quite a lot of to provide the spf claim- it’s just impossible due to basic chemistry. You’re better off using a cushion spf if you lean dry, or a powder spf if you’re on the oily side.

Sticks will always have some residue on them but some have very very little when you're done and are water resistant formulas. There's some good sticks out there.

I have used for many years now the Colorescience- Sunforgetable Broad Spectrum SPF50 in Medium I like it because it’s a powder and I can swirl it on wherever I feel the need to re apply. It used to be my Disneyland savior when we used to get the annual passes.
