I love standup, but I don't usually get emotional about it, other than laughing. I feel like I just went on a journey. Your routine read like a short novel. You give so much of yourself, and for me it was weirdly healing, as if you provided a catharsis for my own struggles. You are so much more than a comic – you are, in the highest sense of the word – an artist.
This is so utterly brilliant and some of Liz's best work yet. Very creative and engaging story format comedy with a clever twist and grand theater of sardonic satire grounded in reality and personal experience. She is a master and so very adorable.
She has a lot of smart jokes and comedy isn't always straight lines I think she really screwed up when she heckled the audience member that was clearly antisocial and was just trying to answer her question about doing the right thing about government yes he should not have kept talking but as of type of person like that I know what it's like to stand up for women and not be seen or heard and so when you're asked a question that gives you anxiety and he answered it properly I didn't think it was proper for her to Heckle endlessly I just don't think that she's popular enough that she can Heckle her audience members for trying to answer a question that she's fishing for an answer for if you want an answer help guide them to it watch Kyle Kinane he tells long-form jokes and he helps the audience when he needs the right prompts without making them feel stupid I want to like this person but I had to turn off the special when she started heckling like a jerk. Your heart's in the right place I normally don't comment but I think you're the kind of comedian that wants input
I always adored Liz and hugely wanted her❤….but after hearing she doesn't know building a simple bed …And Than she is able to wash up sheets without removing shards with vacuum…I'm out…😢 …..after all in wrap up she had her dead cat in her freezer for half a year for making spooky skeleton out of it….Liz..you are crazy psycho….😂 How insane a man would have to be for saying "I do"….???
Liz Miele is in my top five favorite comedians alive and working today. I’ve worn out Self Help Me and Emotinally Exhausting (my fave ever) from rewatching them on YouTube. So seeing a new special pop up here is like Christmas morning! Thanks Liz! You are da BEST!!!

I'm five years older than you, so I can see you growing into another stage of life. Can also relate to the oldest sibling bit.
