  1. This is probably the last episode of this kind. Everything from this point on is more story focused or has a purpose I would say. I absolutely love the animals talking in this one though. It felt like the episode where the creators wanted to do some random stuff, and just used Aang's nerves for their way to do it. I do actually enjoy this episode cause it gets so funny.

  2. It's okay, James, not every therapist is paid directly by their patients so you're not wrong. Also, you'll probably want to watch the next episodes one after the other. For a couple at least. Be prepared.

  3. You are going to love the invasion, you'll pause the video and leave the room it's so great you'll just quit 🤣. This episode is a classic in anime and animated series. And I like that they paired Aang trippin' with Zuko going through his waking mental trip that life for him is going back to normal – though it's a lie. Poor bastard can't catch a break. And Aang, all I'd be thinking is I could for real die in a war I don't even wanna fight. I'd sleep hoping not to wake up.

  4. I like this episode, one that I can watch often and not get sick of it. Why? Because it is entertaining to me, from the ridiculous dream scenarios to the strange hallucinations that Aang has. Aside from the more serious nightmare sequence, the others make me laugh, which I do appreciate.

Now that these past episodes are out of the way, things are gonna heat up from here on in (pun intended)!

  5. I was once stayed awake fore the better part of a week, I was so tired that I couldn’t understand what people were saying it was like I forgot how to speak and I couldn’t see straight

  6. While the animators are showing off and the storytellers are pointing out how nervous Aang is, Zuko making up his mind who he wants to be, without pressure from anyone in his family this time, happens so quietly in comparison to his moments of high drama that you almost miss it. And it's AMAZING. Over the past several episodes, he got his father's approval. He reconnected with his sister (to the extent that they can while they're both loyal to a family that values power plays and domination over others). He is smack dab in the lap of luxury with everything he ever thought he wanted for the past three to four years—and he's not that into it. He's no longer entitled in the least. He has confronted that he is angry at himself for his past actions—which were not stated but very heavily implied to be his betrayal of Iroh in the catacombs and his role in the conquest of Ba Sing Se (i.e., providing Azula the power and distraction she needed to keep Katara and Aang from salvaging the situation). And now he quietly accepts—and tells Mai—that he no longer wants to be the person his father and his nation want. He, himself, not his uncle. Zuko gets pushed for most of the series. Here he takes some agency for what may be his first time AS Prince Zuko instead of the Blue Spirit or a nameless outlaw.

You asked the right question: What will he do next? Look forward to seeing you react to the rest of the series!

  7. This is one of my top episodes just for the scenes with Momo and Appa because every time I feel like im about to die from laughing to hard. I also like the episode because it shows Aang having to deal with the pressure just before the big battle that I feel like other shows don't really show that

  8. Your comment on paying Sokka as your therapist made me laugh so much but I totally understood what you meant 😆
This episode is so funny I think the creators had a lot of fun making it ! The fight with Appa and Momo is actually really cool and I love all the different hairstyles and looks when Aang fights Ozai in his dreams xD
From now on every episode is absolutely epic I really can't wait !! And I honestly don't know how you manage to wait between episodes because if it was hard before now it's gonna be even harder to wait for them ! 😁

  9. I'm not a fan of Zuko with Mai because they don't really show the build up to them liking each other and becoming a couple, so it feels sudden to the viewer even tho it's not. Also, as someone who watches almost nothing but the romance genre and has been since I was in elementary/early middle school, there's not really a whole lot of chemistry that I see between the two, especially in their "romantic" moments 😭😭 especially from Zuko towards Mai 💀💀 which I think part of it is also bc it feels kind of out of character for him, so this anger boy being so lovey dovey makes me cringe so hard and laugh 🤣🤣 don't get me wrong! 😲 they do have a moment or two where I'm like "ayo okay ngl that was lowkey kinda cute", but 8/10 it makes me cringe 🤣 I personally think Zuko had more chemistry with the girl from Ba Sing Se(my first choice) and second to her is Katara haha (i mainly ship her with Aang tho) and third, the one girl who had a burn on her leg and related to Zuko.

  10. I love Zuko's part in this episode. How his family (or the ones in power at the moment) is what makes his home NOT feel like home at all. Also, how happy he and Mai are. The nightmare about forgetting the test is also a relatable thing.

  11. I don't want to ruin this episode, but it's implied Zuko and Mai did the dirty. Some of their combos have sexual meanings and notice how Zuko was found at her house with his hair undone. FYI, "fruit tarts" is a form of lube 😉

  12. Never get a massage in the Erath Kingdom! I think the outfits in Aang's first dream are inspired by Dragan Ball while I believe the outfits in the last dream are based on old Journey to the West TV shows. I'm not sure about the middle one. Anyone, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

  13. Dee Bradley Baker who does lots of creature voice acting does the sounds for momo and appa and he actually voiced both of them when they talked in this as well

  14. I'm so stinking excited to see your reactions to the rest of the series! All of it has been wonderful so far, but I just know what's coming next is gonna be chefs kiss
Also, your comment about paying Sokka to be your therapist … 1)made me bust out laughing and 2)same lol

  15. Zuko and Mai are one of the best couples of the show and no one can change my mind about it. i was under the impression that the people who didnt ship them it was cause they shipped Zuko and Katara? cause i know most of the fan "drama" about ships happens when one ship gets in the way of another? which yeah, sure, it has its own logic. but seeing people try to argue that Zuko and Mai "dont work together" or that neither of them is genuinely into who the other really is (yup, ive seen that go around, like what) does make me wonder if they watched the same series i watched 🤦‍♀

  16. So, I did an equine breeding internship for 6 months working 60 hours a week, one day off, had to take required classes, on call at nights for foalings, and 5 days of my shift I had to be at work at 5 AM to assist the vet. I was sleep deprived to say the least. During my vet rounds, I would hallucinate just like this, usually while I was holding the horse's tail back for the vet. I would close my eyes for a second and I'd start imagining things instantly, like thinking we were on the other side of the barn or that the vet was telling me to schedule a party. Needless to say this was dangerous and I figured out how to keep myself alert enough on most days, but my point is, I very much understand what Aang's state of mind is like in this episode
