  1. 32 episodes in and he’s hardly even scratched the surface of the little side stories and lore that permeate this game. I think you’d be right at home in this time, Mojave. I LOVE THIS FREAKING SERIES!

  2. That's almost certainly what happened with Winchester, and any other entity with rights to the names of historic firearms.

They probably asked for a ridiculous amount of money, so Rockstar just made up similar sounding names.

Their greed priced them out of what would've been millions upon millions of dollars of free advertising for their respective companies being in one of the most popular video games of all time.

  3. Bolt action upgraded, pump action shot gun with buck shot will shead enemies in closer range. My goto. If ya hold the A button to craft multiple items, it will craft faster. Like cooking, cleaning guns, or making bullets.

  4. Not sure why you stared all those weapons. Flacos pistol looked good but you stored it. Sawed off you should have kept since you still haven't bought a lockbreaker yet I believe. I just don't know but it's your play.

  6. Not sure if you've spotted it yet but when you got your fast travel a map was placed on the side of your wagon (opposite side to the bed) and approaching that map will enable you to fast travel from camp 😊

  7. I had the Benny Hill music playing in my head in the part where you were trying to find that last Lemonade Raider. I was just watching you circle around his red dot on the map but never seeing him while saying “Where are you?!” That was comedy gold haha

  8. It’s great seeing you take an easier day honestly, you’ll be glad you’re able to have these free roam days as the story progresses 🙂 I’ve seen people rush the story missions and ignore all the side quests and they end up missing quite a bit!

  9. Tip: I commented on last video, but I will this one too. You need to go the camp ledger and pay to restock the food supplies. The better stocked the camp, the happier the gang is and the better they treat Arthur

  10. As far at the motion capture goes, they also take a face/body scan of the actors who portray these characters and use their actual features in the game. There are some like Arthur who bear a resemblance to their actors but with some modifications, but others (like Hosea) are practically identical. It’s fascinating to see!

  11. Mojave, Arthur's not 70. y'know he can stay up through the night. And you are wasting food, eating all the time. Food is for your core and health, if it's full you don't need it. Stow all that meat for the road. I've watched you eat. Sleep. Eat. For no reason. Love you. Let's ride!

  12. Just came across a tik tok of you discovering Arthur’s depth of character after Mary’s mission. I absolutely love this game, it’s good fun to see it through your eyes! Enjoy, sir!

  13. Yes exactly, RDR II has "Lancaster" signage all over the game around gunsmiths and other stores, they would of had to pay Winchester quite a bit for the usage of their brand. In RDR it actually is called the Winchester but the only time you see the name is in the weapon wheel.

  14. 32:04 the way the got the facial expressions down so well is through their motion capture (mo-cap) methods. in all Rockstar and RDR cutscenes they used mo-cap which is basically where they track and capture you skeletal and facial movements. They wear tight suits with a bunch of wires and dots on them in a studio filled with infrared cameras to track their skeletal movements and a camera on their heads that point towards their faces with dots painted on the different muscles of the face. so the cutscenes in this game are essentially the actors themselves, its a lot more than just voice acting. in fact, the only times they were in a booth recording lines were for dialog outside of cutscenes. they also used mo-cap on real horses too for the horse animations in-game.

  15. On your story with the hawk and the snakes: Eagles and hawks will go for prey in this game too, so if you ride slowly you might see one drop a perfect snake or a nice fish for you. To be honest i think that was my main source of perfect snakes on my first playthrough because those things are scary even in a video game. If you really need to shoot them: if you get just close enough they'll go into the striking position and you can aim for the head, it's a lot easier than trying to shoot them moving about.
