I assume you figured it out, but placing the salinators was actually hurting your ability to find flamingos. Wetland + salt = mangrove, so any wetlands you did have, you were turning into mangroves.

I think this challenge makes you create a more natural and beautiful tropical island.
Didn't the monorail have some kind of self-deconstruct function in earlier missions? I remember you spending what felt like hours deconstructing everything using just the monorail in the first island mission…
