I heard a theory we’re tanking to get rid of Carr because of the way his contract is. Not a bad idea because if Lamar Jackson is gonna be available and we’ve got our offense locked in then there’s no reason we’re not immediately a contender next season.
JMC last night video talk he made some point that pisses me off…talking about pep talk or whatever..you know whats different between him and gruden? its not about pep talk or whatever he claims…..gruden(or even besacia) was coach but he is not, gruden made player shine and in case of lost put the fingers at himself coz he believed in team, but this guy has done nothing but destroying a playoff teams players talents and pointing fingers at others now things are going south coz he thinks because I m from Belichicks tree I m different,,,, gruden had mojo (even in sideline) to put fire under any lame ass player to comeback in less than a minute, but these guys culture is about to blow any lead as they dont know how to manage players at any case… they cant even manage the clock let go of their sideline….., for god sake open two videos of our sidelines in grudens time and in this guys time and you understand what a teams sideline psyche means…. players don believe in him you could see in Carrs face before first snap with saints … thats why he brings old injured bust patriot almost retiring players to buy some belief,,, but common you cant change the whole team to tell you are right … raiders fans open your eyes, donkeys fans had the same points,,, its not him and knowing football or pep talk… its about he has management issue, he cant manage team cant manage player cant manage sideline cant manage lead cant manage the clock…. a COACH needs that… management!!! they are done!!!! the new coaching regime made their biggest mistake pointing finger at players!!!! here we go with locker room issue… gushhhhh they even don know how to front coaching…
you know offensive line is our biggest issue… you know why they reject the fact? coz EVERY GOD DAMN RETARDED coaching regime knows the first thing in off season you should address is offensive line, coz you should protect your merchandise otherwise you are F up for whole season … but our GENIUS coach and front office were keeping raving about "ohhhh we are from Bill Belichick's 'coaching tree" and instead sat on their ego and did nothing about it… OR maybe they have another plan just to deteriorate carrs execution to trade him away…. god damn it we didnt pass 50 yards line till last 5 min!!!! is this a joke? I don remember such as long as rooting for raiders
and on Mark Davis: I don know but seems Davis has some board shared decision since he moved to Vegas… like some people in a board is guiding or consulting or advising or maybe making him on decisions in favor of something so called "patriot culture"… I don know how much Vegas culture knows about football but this kinna imposes in decision makings shows how superficial they think… with a little research you would understand Bill Belichick's 'coaching tree' hasn't fared well as NFL head coaches… non of his coordinators stayed long with him ended up being a successful coach or even a 500… please stop getting consultancy from whoever is shoving this wrong idea into your decisions…
and on players: you know guys… now we should ask YOU players "how about now??" when in offseason some of you made some digs to gruden style while gruden couldnt comeback??? Renfrow telling "oh I Went AGAINST Jon Gruden and Became a STAR " or Waller telling "we didnt have redzone plan" or Jacobs(almost being traded for a 7th round pick) being sarcastic telling "oh the sideline is more calm without gruden cussing"… HOW ABOUT NOW guyssssssssssss? the fingers are being pointed at YOU??? dont ever mistreat a coach who made you shine…. thats a nfl jinx and remember karma is a bitch!!!
Living here in Vegas a transplant from NorCal, this team drives me nuts. Carr needs to go. A true leader can get your team to play when everything is not going your way. Gannon was able to get the team going but Carr can't. 2016 Carr lost his mojo and has has not regain it.
One things for sure nation might be divided with carr but we all lost respect McDaniels as of now. Best show on the saints game by far !
