One of my ROCK heroes of my youth in the freakin gorgeous 80s 🤘🙏👌
Love the Question about Ronnie James Dio !
Ask him about the hair.
I wonder what DC's favourite song is that he's ever recorded. I think mine would be Burn, due to the energy, tempo and sheer perfection of the performance from a revitalised band with someone so raw to the industry. It still sounds stunning and fresh today, 50 years later.
Are you doing special editions with video footage from the pre Slide It In albums?
You are such a nice person your a star but act like everyone very down to earth. I love all your music.
Nobody asked asked why he fired John Sykes?
When I saw the picture for this video I thought it was a pic of my grandmother. Wow….not a good look.
Nice to see Mrs Doubtfire doing the biz.
Девид ты супер был есть и будешь легенда .Спасибо за все твое творчество 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏. Добра счастья здоровья и уважения тебе и всем твоим близким людям.
Glad to see David still has his British spirit!
Always remember whitesnake opened for acdc in Germany Böblingen 8th december 1980. The day John Lennon was shoot…😢
For me, David is one of the best singers not only because of his voice, but also because of the way he knew how to work with it and the emotion he put into it and the colour. When I listen to this band I hear a geyser of great music that leaves you in no doubt. Hello David from Czech Republic, that's just outside of Ukraine.
Oliver reed. Now there’s a character.

Been to see whitesnake four times , loved seeing them live fantastic, first time was in Manchester Apollo with my sister, who loved whitesnake to, so glad we went to see them together as I lost my sister, a few years ago, thanks for the memories 💗
A voice like a lion's purr 🤘
Jesus bless you, DC!
Horrible haircut, John Sykes is the man
Thanks mr.Coverdale you're amazin one of the BEST singer and person!!!!!
Awesome! Great stuff! 🙂
Whitesnake, one of my top favorites for sure. I knew Ronnie, we are from the same small town in Central, NY, Cortland. He actually got me into doing what I did for about 50 years. Being a 'roadie', then lighting and finally, stage manager.
Dawidzie tylko długie włosy !!! w długich wyglądałeś fantastycznie , tak z pazurem
California Jam 1974 !!!! Where the story of a greate Singer starts !!!! GOD bless you David thanks for all you have given us……….
It's sad that the thing's between Coverdale and John Sykes are not well today. Two great legends of Rock.
WHAT A LOVELY GUY! ONE OF MY HEROES SINCE I WAS A TEENAGER IN THE 8O'S. WHAT A SOUNDTRACK TO MY LIFE IN ISRAEL
I bought Deep Purple Stormbringer in 1974, it jumped on The Gypsy. I pressed down on the tone arm to fix it lol. Still got the LP.
Thanks David, long may you live because you are a true Soldier Of Fortune. Great songs and great memories. Love this chat.
Dio's guitar players just wanted to be Snakes lol. Ronnie was such a nice guy, I'm glad you two got on, but business is business lol.
Top Drawer. Love it.
Cheers Tony
DC is the salt of the Earth 🌎
David, WS should never quit. It should never retire. Just find other members to keep it going. I can sing and/or play drums. Think about it. WS never dies.
Sir u are a true legend lots of love and infinity amounts of respect for u sir love from rizwan ul haque from pakistan
Cool video! I'm surprized DC mentioned Tucky Buzzard. They were an awesome early 70's hard rock, blues rock band. Also, I'm digging that Jimi Hendrix Purple Box Set behind David. I also own one!🤘🤘.
you were drinking with the great Oliver Reed and you did not have anything to say about him? that is shocking Mr. Coverdale, just shocking lol!
My question is who does he think he is fooling with the WORLDS WORST wig on his head?
What a cheesy man
For me, Whitesnake died after Slide it in. Like Def Leppard after Pyromania.
Hello Mr Coverdale!!! How are you today??? I'm good. I hope you are. I'm a big fan of white snake since I was a teenager. Really love your music…really love you. Thanks for all that beautiful music. Sincerely, Ssgt. Nicole R. Andrews.
😂😆🤣 LMFAO at all of the middle-aged guys here in the comments, having a meltdown over DC's hair! I can almost guarantee that every last one of them inherited the "bald 'n beer-bellied" genes in their family and it's just killing them that DC still has a full head of rockstar hair! 😂😆🤣
and quit clicking your rings……it’s annoying…..
Is that a syrup
Slide it up !
DC, been following you since Burn.
David has transformed into a hybrid of Alan Partridge and Hilary Clinton.
I really hope David is ok. This is undoubtely a wig he´s wearing.
Good to see you, HC.
Vida longa David
Con mucho amor David .deja el circo . Vuelve a tu pueblo in england .pedirle perdón a dios arrepientase de tus pecados como man . Y vive en paz.
David. Do you still interfere with yourself now that you look like a serial killer
David Coverdale…G.O.A.T. of Rock. I became his fan when I was 13 years old, when I heard Ain't Gonna Cry No More (from Ready An' Willing). Today I'm 56 years old and I've only heard (among so many incredible vocalists) Jorn Lande and Dino Jelusick as his "heirs" to his position as the greatest of all time. Any possibility of one last show in Brazil, and especially reuniting with the best bass player in the WS, Neil Murray, as well as John Sykes (at least as a guest) and Aynsley Dunbar on drums? In my humble opinion, the best lineup in WS history. God bless you, greatest of all time! Hug from your fan 43 years ago!
