This final fight really kept me on the Edge of my Seat when I saw this in Theaters,One of the best final Battles in Animation.
Best action scene in western animation history? It's a competitive field and I wouldn't want to be hyperbolic, but it's on the shortlist at least.

Puss will keep figthing him, and one day he will get him, like all of us, but , this time, after a good fight, no bad feeling will be had, no remorse will flood the hearth, just the feeling of one having giving it all till the very end, and sense of fullfillment that will be welcomed not feared or dreded. And puss will finally be able to rest after a fullfiled life.of adventures full of joy and over all.of love of those that follows him.and care about him.

Puss's character development in this movie is perfect. The writers were not messing around.
I love everything about the ending. From the Spider-Verse final battle between Puss and Death to Jack Hornerās defeat to Puss, Kitty and Perrito becoming a family, it couldnāt have been better. I canāt wait to see Team Friendship return in Shrek 5, and possibly see Puss and Kitty kiss again

Fun fact: Using a rapier, or main sword, along with a second blade (a shorter one, in this case), shows how Puss has grown. I don't remember the specifics, but a rapier & short sword/dagger combo was a dueling style among the Spanish back in the day.
There was no loser in the final fight with Death. The next time they meet, it will be as friends.
I'm gonna be honest I wasn't interested at puss in boots trailer. even after the movie is out, it wasn't the first movie to come in my mind until I scroll on TikTok, and saw about a wolf in a black hood robe.
