  2. Classic post Hector! Man I remember the part of being in the Marines was other Marines hitting me up about working out later in the day or the following morning. Honestly, I miss those days dude. Disciplined and reckless all at the same time lol. Everything was earned and as a leader I enjoyed time with my troops. I believe good leaders win the hearts of their troops.

  3. This one hits home. We just hope to be able to recognize bad leadership in the moment while still playing in the pig pen with everyone else. Keep pushing forward, LT.

  5. The problem with cdcr is it's ran by mostly people who have never worked the line. On top of California having laws that hardly make sense…it will never and can never be fixed

  6. Excellent video. Yeah, I remember going to my ship in Subic bay, we needed to light off the plant. I was so drunk from being with this awesome girl. The Senior chief just pushed me aside knowing that I was lit. Walking to great lakes Illinois at 2 in the morning with our whites on. An old Cadillac pulls up and says, "do you want a dime?" We just started cracking up saying, "if we had any money would we be walking! Yeah, brothers in arms died. Won't go into that. I worked RJD through a registry, they wanted to put me full time with the state, I got recommended. There was a nurse in the little nursing home, whatever it's called. She was one of those that you couldn't take your eyes off because she would stab you so to speak. I walked with my computer to the supervisors office nesx to TTA and told her "She is so damn unprofessional (because I didn't want to say that she was a low life bi__h) I don't mind working here but I don't want to live here." I left RJD and never turned back, not because of the inmates, I knew who they were and what they were all about, it was some of the staff that played the political game that I wanted no part of.

  7. LT bravo. Thank you for the well wishes. I had my nurse smash the subscribe and like button on your channel. Keep speaking the truth of the ratchet buffoonery. Let’s tell everyone why cdcr is corrupt and unethical and immoral. The way they treat humans. TOUCH ON THE SHITTY FOOD served to the residents.
