Alot of power per hower do more water wels u need water
You may want to just drive the container you pull with your rover over and drop it off there. Remember the glitch and the problem with having multiple storage containers every time you save and leave the game, bud!

I like your base idea. You're the only one I've heard of doing a modular base in the Ice Biome! A other neat idea might be for someone to make functional replicas of some of the small derelict bases to compare them, see which ones are silly, etc.
