  1. Meanwhile I'm just watching HOI 4 content despite not playing it.
    And I've got one question:
In every of those scenarios I see the defense of Poland set up along Vistula and Warta. Why doesn't anyone set up the defenses additionally along Bug river (that one near Brest) and the Carpathians? It would allow Poland to use resources from this additional area (irl it was the area of planned Central Industrial Area, which was meant to keep the industry output of Poland when the border with most of the factories were to be captured by either Jerries or Ruskies) while still having rather favourable defensive line. Or is it simply not worth the additional cost of manning the front?

  2. ok here's an odd challenge (if you'll take em) is to train your divisions to 100%, and when they're at 100% deploy them (idk if this helps with any thing but here's one none the less)

  3. It's apocryphal, so don't at me, but I heard from some decent sources that the first flag on the Reichtag was a Polish flag, essentially put there by a rogue Polish unit within Soviet command. Of course, according to the story, after some pretty heated exchanges of words and possibly bullets the flag was switched to the Soviet banner.

  4. I also tried democratic Poland. Just by looking at the focus tree you know you are meant to capitulate. Defending after the civil war is hard.

  5. Can you play Spain and return all colonies that it once had, like Mexico, half of USA, Argentina, Philippines etc and all lands like Netherlands, southern Italy, Portugal as vassal that owns Brazil and so on…

  6. Am I the only one who misread this iteration of Poland as "Sanitationist"? When I first encountered it I was thinking, "LOL, what? Did, like, sanitation workers take control of the government? Or was this some sort of euphemism for purifying Poland ideologically/morally/religiously?"

  7. How the puppet-puppets behave? Nothing more easily to anwer to: they keep out. Played Australia several times and always release New-Guinea. When Britain calls Australia into war, New Guinea does not follow. Since GB is not its overlord and cannot call it. And Australia cannot call it, since it is not the leader of the war.
However, thats not just negative. In General it is often not recommendable to call subjects into war. If they remain neutral, that is less fronts to defend. A factor, i use to like.

  8. I am literally in shock and my jaw dropped at the sight of seeing how far this channel has come. You truly deserve the best because you produce really good content. Been subbed since "Battle for the Bosporus" days when you used to explain what to do exactly in order. I actually learnt the game through your achievement guides.

  9. I've been enjoying your videos and last night I was considering providing you with a disaster to save. Democratic Sweden saves the Nordic countries.

Everything was going OK, I was winning at naval invasion whack-a-mole in Norway and my troops had stopped Germany from taking Copenhagen, thus keeping Denmark in the war. Japan was knocked out in record time, not sure how. I just needed to hold out for Operation Barbarossa to eventually start to help ease the pressure. But that never happened and everyone just kept expanding their armies, the majors had +500 division each and I could barely keep 60 up to strength. Instead the UK declared war on the USSR. Nukes were being dropped by both side. It was a complete disaster. So much for playing on historical mode.

But in January 1952, through cleaver maneuvers and complete disregard for the lives of my fellow Swedes, Denmark and Norway had been restored. And Finland even managed to retake Nyen (Leningrad).
