Sino ba tong walang kwentang Congressman na to. I mean nothing he said is new. He will build a foundation for public private partnership. PPP will only work if the private entity will benefit from it financially by some means. Creating a new oundation why?? It will just be breeding ground for exploiting money for corruption. Just empower the Manila government and allocate funds dedicated to the preservation of history. The Manila LGU is doing an excellent work because everything does are well documented by countless bloggers who are not salaried mind you but out of their patrimony to the country.
No need to create foundation just put the funds directly to the auspices and custody of the Manila LGU.
