  2. I would suggest that you guys STOP Burping and Sh!tting Your Pants during your walkabouts! It really takes away from your cause and efforts. It is Legal to do so, but you should think about the Subscribers you may lose due to your disrespectful mannerisms. You don't see other Auditors doing it because it is truly disrespectful and it really shows a level of Ignorance nobody else wants to show on their own videos. It would be much better to video others performing such acts. Just saying my opinion. I would never tell anyone what to do, but this is just counter productive to act this way.

  4. Fricn Media is Fricn joke. A pathetic, sad, old man who goes around belching and farting, recording good citizens who are trying to enjoy themselves just to piss them off. He's not media, and he is not an auditor…he's a joke. He will never ever be at the same level as Amagansett Press, WTW, Long Island Audits, among others who are classy, professional and effect real change.

  5. Applicable Parts of Poster 7

Photographs for News, Advertising, or Commercial Purposes Photographs for news purposes may be taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings except where prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule. Other photographs may be taken only with the permission of the local Postmaster or installation head.

Penalties and Other Law Alleged violations of these rules and regulations are heard, and the penalties prescribed herein are imposed, either in a federal district court or by a federal magistrate in accordance with applicable court rules. Individuals found guilty of violating these rules and regulations while on property under the charge and control of the Postal Service are subject to a fine as provided in 18 U.S.C. 3571 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both. Nothing contained in these rules and regulations shall be construed to abrogate any other federal laws or regulations or any state or local laws and regulations applicable to any area in which the property is situated. Enforcement Security Force personnel will exercise the powers under 18 U.S.C. 3061(c)(2) and are responsible for enforcing the regulations in this notice in a manner that will protect U.S. Postal Service property. Postmasters or installation heads may, with the approval of the Chief Postal Inspector or designee, enter into agreements with State and local enforcement agencies to insure enforcement of the regulations in a manner that will protect U.S. Postal Service property. Postal Inspectors, Office of Inspector General Special Agents, and anyone designated by the Chief Postal Inspector may also enforce these regulations. Poster 7, August 2016 PSN 7690-03-000-9181

    Things to note:

I am NOT an attorney and I am NOT giving legal advice.

As you read Poster 7 the ONLY things that can restrict the Rules are:

1 Security Force Personnel and NOT Local Law enforcement except where there is an EXISTING signed agreement between the Chief Postal Inspector or Designee and State and Local enforcement agencies. The Chief Postal Inspector is Gary R. Barksdale, National Headquarters. Postmasters or installation heads may, with the approval of the Chief Postal Inspector enter into agreements. This requires first authorization from Gary Barksdale AND a written agreement between the local postmaster and local law enforcement.

    2. Local Law Enforcement has no jurisdiction and cannot trespass anyone from the Postal grounds absent a signed agreement as described above.

    3. Restrictions require Official USPS signage stating the restrictions.

    4. Alleged violations are under the jurisdiction of the Federal Court and are subject to the Rules 18 USC 3061. It is possible that USPS employees can violate these rules as well as patrons and be subject to the fines described in 18 USC 3571 or imprisonment for 30 days or both. So, the auditors are not the only ones that can commit violations.

    5. Postmasters or installation heads may, with the approval of the Chief Postal Inspector or designee, enter into agreements with State and local enforcement agencies to insure enforcement of the regulations in a manner that will protect U.S. Postal Service property. The Chief Postal Inspector MUST approve ANY agreement entered into with Local Law Enforcement. Absent approval from the Chief Postal Inspector, any agreement entered into is null and void.

    6. Postal Employees are required to call FPS and NOT Local Law Enforcement (LEO) because LEO does not understand Federal Law.

    7. Postal employees are only to call LEO if there is an immediate threat to life or injury.

    8. When the USPS employees call LEO for non-life-threatening purposes, they have violated the rules and regulations AKA Federal Law are subject to the fines and penalties outlined in Poster 7.

    9. Absent the written agreement between the USPS location and the US Postal Inspector, Local Law enforcement violates the “No Firearms” on the premises laws when they respond. Local LEO cannot bring their Firearms into the Post Office. Title 39, Code of Federal Regulations,

    Section 232.1.
