  1. I remember somewhere it was said he hates Staten Island. IMO it’s him and Bonham as the greatest drummers of all-time. Mind blowing timing and tribal groove.

  2. Phil was an incredible live performer – powerhouse drummer and had a magnificent voice, never phoned it in. Timeless songs that helped define an entire era. The last few years have been hard on him; hope he's hanging in there and doing well in retirement.

  3. What’s crazy is you can see there was emotion at the end of the against all odds. He looked even emotional himself. When an artist can stir up themselves with emotion from their own song, that’s incredible.
