we need following ingredients;
Gur (jaggery) 1cup

desi ghee 1 tbs
peanut 1 cup
Direction:
in frying pan,add jaggery and cook on low flame until it melts (15,20 minutes) stir continuously.
To check the consistency of jaggery,drop little jaggery scrup to the bowl of water,it must hard immediately,remove and break it.the jaggery piece must break to pieces without getting strongly.the broken piece must be like candy and brittle not soft.
Add roasted peanuts and mix well.
Grease the pot with ghee the peanut mixture spread the grease pot let it 10 min rest
cut in to pieces and cook down completely .
Now peanut chikki is ready.
can be stored in air tight jar .
