The town of the People of the Springs gives me such strong FFX vibes.
First time we play as someone else while the traveler is an npc watching in an archon quest, finally something new, this should have happened in the other nations as well.
I'm doing Sumaru Archon Qest atm, and boy, this Natlan quest looks so INTERESTING compared to most of them Iv done so far!

What I find interesting is the fact that it's not The Abyss Order that's attacking Natlan. It's THE Abyss that's doing that. Usually, whenever people said Abyss my first thoughts were either, The Abyss Order or Abyss, as in a place and not an entity

Remember this, anything happened on the whole lore from Mondstadt until here could have it's purpose, so flashbacks and past deeds are still relevant, and this is one of the example.
So in theory, the Traveler could have awaken an abyssal power on its own, since s/he's immune to it. The purification is something no one in Teyvat could do, even archons and sovereigns. But on its extent, it could either acquire its power, or it could stain and corrupt the existence. 😕

This whole quest felt like a breath of fresh air…I loved Fontain don't get me wrong…But Natlan quest was just wholesome…

i actually love Ajaw; extremely refreshing and reminds me of back in Sumeru when people actually told Paimon off. some dialogues might be overly intense (the one from the event…) but still, i find Paimon's voice and personality significantly worse. i mean, even just the amount of times Paimon has been tone deaf or missed social cues or just not realized traveler isn't just spacing out make me consistently tired of her

Why so many people forget that Ajax is a normal human and he already is stronger than some archons in strenght? Or that Dottore is a normal ass person and still is a threat to all of tyevat with his machinations alone?
