Recently got this game for console (because I've been dragging my heels getting a gaming pc) but I can barely play for more than an hour or so before my console gets too hot and crashes the game…
It took me an embarrassing amount of time to figure out the point of the tiles outside of the puzzle area. I thought they were just the starting point to the dominoes like tiles, and couldn't figure out why my solutions didn't work. Bleah.
Also: "Hopped up on cheese crostada". Heh.
Also, also: I have to make Regil a cavalier on my Aeon run. Watching him charge on a raptor is too awesome for words.

One thing to keep in mind is that your generals don't appear to gain any experience letting armies run away.
Those inaccessible forts are for Act 5 sadly, it was possible to access them in older versions of the game and clear them early though 😉

I must say, Retcon. I'm impressed at how much you figured out the Forgotten Ruins & Puzzles Sidequests. Yes, the puzzles are part of the Storyteller (and Not Nenio. She's not really needed here). But they are quite Literally connected. You'll understand in Act 5.
Ironically, you Learned the name of the Ghost in the last Episode (80). No more hints, but I'll tell you if you are right without guessing.
A teleporter in Yath does let you use the Heart as a fast transit point, but I advise against it.
There's something to be said about being TOO efficient in act 3 (or 5, for that matter). Some events take their sweet time in procing, including ones that come with new locations. If you're too good, you end up skipping a few weeks before the ivory sanctum.

Osirion generally has the complete Egyptian pantheon. Regarding "In The Commander We Trust" – that shows up regardless of whether or not you give stuff to the one-eyed devil.
Regarding use of Demon Blood etc. The quest log will state what you need.
