  1. So I dunno if I was just unlucky, but when his health drops below 10, he just spams that 5-hit combo move and does nothing else.

Is there any other way to combat this other than hope you land a superguard? Because this seems broke as hell, especially since he seems to be immune to all damage while in this phase.

  2. I just beat Chapter 5 and got the message to face Prince Mush. With a lot of luck and charges with the power bounce, I managed to beat him first try as a level 15. A life shroom used but wow, this fight was intense.

  3. You can beat this guy as soon as you're allowed to fight him with a fun little cheese strategy. I just used power lift and refreshed it every time it ran out (power lift in general absolutely obliterates most of the bosses in this game). And since their defense drops to 0 whenever you successfully power guard, you can wail on him with power jump and multibonk. I only had to power guard an insta-kill once, and I already had enough damage output to just finish them off on the next turn. But this is probably way less fun than just fighting him.

  4. Even if I lose to this guy more than once when I fight him I'll tip my hat to him. He was the fight I wanted years ago when I played this originally. Thanks nintendo 🙂
