Panda Burn is finally playable in Vampire Format, but is it any good? The audio for this one got a bit messed up, but hopefully, it doesnβt burn your ears as much as it burns the opponents.
Vampire Format is the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG format taking place in February 2004. It is the last major format before the Chaos monsters are introduced, which makes it in some ways the ultimate culmination of the early DM era.

Seems like a Dead Rat couldn't stand up to an Angry Panda π
Will you cover a stall/mill deck for vampire or the next format?
You know what would be awesome? Imagine a couple of degenerate duelists having a mirror match with this burn deck (and others) ππ
I'm a simple man. I see Des Koala, and I'm content π¨
I didn't know this deck went that far back. The first build that I seen was listed first place in a Japanese tournament from 2007. I tried it out in DS Yu-Gi-Oh game and thought it was one of the funnest decks I've ever played during the GX era
It's a very interesting Burn deck in the eyes of Goat format. Can't help but feel like it can be further experimented on and made to be an even stronger deck
I've never played this format, though I am a Panda Burn expert in Goat. Off the top of my head I think I would build a main deck like…
Cyber Jar
Exiled Force
Fiber Jar
Giant Rat x2
Gyaku-Gire Panda x3
Injection Fairy Lily
Kinetic Soldier
Morphing Jar x2
Sangan
Spirit Reaper
Witch of the Black Forest
Book of Moon
Graceful Charity
Mirage of Nightmare
Monster Reborn
Mystical Space Typhoon x3
Pot of Greed
Raigeki
Ceasefire
Gravity Bind
Imperial Order
Just Desserts x3
Ojama Trio x3
Ring of Destruction
Secret Barrel x3
Solemn Judgment x3
Not familiar with the ins and outs of the format so I'm probably overlooking some stuff. Even in my Goat deck where I have 7 cards that bolster Koala and it's effective vs the most common deck, I still only play one. Hand rip effects should most likely be delegated to the side for combo decks.
Congrats for reaching the goal! I remember using panda and injection fairy Lily a lot when first playing online yugioh (before the synchro era) in the same deck with the combination of catapult turtle or amazoness archer or cannon soldier + scapegoat so every video so far brings back a lot of good memories!
