  1. People should keep their medicine in a carry-on, luggage bag. Never put your medicine in a check in bag. I see that because you would never know what’s actually going to happen, but regardless as to what happens if your medicine was on you, that will be one less problem to worry about. I’m sorry that this happened.

  2. The female reporter must be getting a check from somewhere else may be another airline. I see that because the way she’s using certain words to make Southwest look more horrible than what it is compared to. She said about 100 other airlines canceled their flights. Words are very important. And you have to be careful of the people and how they use them. This report it is wrong.

  3. My brother tried to work for Southwest part time in the baggage department and he was told that he had to go to Texas for a week or two just to learn how to load the planes with luggage. I think that was crazy because I’m pretty sure that there’s a person that can show them how to load a plane with luggage at the airport. Or maybe they should have a trainer come out to the airport instead of paying for people to come to Texas, to stay in a hotel, and everything else.

  4. I really hope this finally destroys and ends southwest airlines. Easily THE worst airline around which is saying a lot when you lump in most others. The Greyhound bus of the skies.

  5. Southwest dropped the ball. However, the numbers are false. Southwest is the largest domestic airline in the world. So, without international flights, and the number of domestic flights( 8 to 1 usually compared the other top 4) cancelled flights are probably much closer. The news will look for the worst. Everyone knew a storm was coming. Poor ethics to blame it on only 1.
