Sheev "The Senate" Palpatine also known as "Darth Sidious" may have been a manipulative monster, but most of the things that he said about the Jedi were true.
That overall, was the nicest thing I think I’ve ever heard Palpatine do/ say. He may have been trying to manipulate Anakin, but he was right. The Jedi had lost sight of what they were truly meant to be, and the only one who hadn’t was Qui-Gon, but the Jedi assumed him to be radical. He was the father Anakin needed.
Forget others, why didn’t Anakin try and free his mother all those years .?? I mean he could’ve done that quite easily .. he could’ve just asked Padme or even Palpatine to get his mother freed, Padme would’ve done it if not Palpatine.. but he didn’t
Yes, Mace Windu cared about people. Yes, the Jedi cared about people. Compassion doesn't equal to passion and attachments. A lot of people seem to not know that
Anakin: They were animals and I slaughtered them like animals. And not just the men, but the women and children. Palpatine whispers to himself: Goood, a fine sith you will become. Anakin: What? Palpatine: I said ooh, the Jedi are dumb. Because of the whole…no attachments thing. Anakin: Wise words from such a wise man.
palpatine only won because he waited and let the mistakes of the Jedi do themselves in he used it all to his advantage he didn't need to lie the simple truth was his weapon and he wielded it horrifically
These are exact words that Qui-Gon would have said as well, except that Qui-Gon wasn't a horrible, manipulating monster set on dominating the entire galaxy. Makes you understand why Palpatine sent Maul to kill him.
Palpatine was the father figure Anakin needed. I feel the amount of betrayal and hatred for Palpatine when he became Vader and found out that all of this was just part of Sheev’s masterplan to turn him into his puppet.
"He's too dangerous to be left alive! I'm going to end this; once and for all!"
What's the name of the song? I know it's the force theme but it's sounds different. Link?

Palpatine said all of that not knowing his words were helping bring balance to the force!!!
Dude evil but that was fax. No lies detected
Palpatine said, "Baby, I love you just the way you are."
I don't like sand….
He's out of line but he's right

Palpatine didn't care about anything but power. Who is he to talk about caring about people.

I thought the Order knew of Anikans killing of the raiders. I vaguely remember it in the EU comics by Dark Horse.

Imagine getting judged for comitting Genocide just ONE time
Palpatine was kinda right tho.
Little did he know that uncle Palp’s could care less about little Ani

"Don't let the Jedi take your heart" – Sith lord
Later that day: "Master Skywalker, what are we going to do? 🙂"
