That poor dog is in a very bad state – this is animal abuse!
This poor dog is so overweight and out of shape, no wonder he doesn't want to walk. I blame both the "owner" and the "trainer" for putting this poor dog through unnecessary torture. This should be reported as animal cruelty.
Its disgusting and cruel to let your dog get like that.
