Dude, I love Overwatch and I totally agree. So the direction they've taken with the sequel trying to make characters fun to fight against has been pretty successful, so I hope it's maintained that way.

ive made a few custom modes using the overwatch custom workshop, and it's cool, but really limiting. it took them basically a year to add more colours to effects like black, and the custom ones dont seem to work for most effects. the workshop community has been asking for a map editor, to the point where people are basically making their own, but blizzard still has not made an official one, you can't even change the direction and other properties of a projectile like speed when it has been fired.
and once you make a mode, it probably wont matter anyway and will be buried underneath the stupid "tiny room" and whatever garbage modes there are which even i could make up in like 30 minutes max. so, sadly, even the custom game scene is stupid and it isnt even that fun to make your own modes
While playing overwatch I felt frustrated and disappointed way more than I was having fun. That, to me, means that the videogame isn't doing what it should and therefore sucks. You can maybe have fun if you are a god level gamer that doesn't have to sweat and are playing with those equally competent.

See I love and hate overwatch it could be a great game the only issue I have with it is you either have to get lucky and get a good team or become God to win the game 1v3 without an uld is fucking rough as is if 1 of them is a tank might be possible if it 1 dps and 2 heals but damn this game just makes me go back to valorant or csgo where I can 1v5 based on skill and if I lose its my fault and I need to fix it

I've been playing ever since Season 3, and it used to be an extremely fun game. I refused to look up anything on YouTube because I wanted to learn and teach myself everything about it. The fact that role queue and other changes before and after that have been really annoying to try and work around and have fun. The game can be really fun for like a couple of minutes, and after that, it just sucks the enjoyment you have out of you quicker than a Tracer dash.
I feel like blizzard forgor what made overwatch good in the first place

you can't expect the game to be always simple and easy at all times. At some point i want to stop playing a game from idk 2008 an try to play a more complex game and don't get me wrong i LOVE the absolute Mayhem and pure chaos that hero shooters can get its just so good when you get that batleffield-ish moments where pharah ults then gets flashbenged then roadhog hooks cassidy but reinheart comes for the rescue but ana boosts roadhog but phara kills ana and then junkrat ults put his ult gets neutralized by Baptiste and shushsushsushsuhs and just goes on until everybody is dead
Overwatch loves to tout its massive roster of available heroes, only to restrict the games to 6v6, 5v5 with Overwatch 2.
I just feel like that misses the entire point of having such a diverse roster.
Literally a rage fest. Unless you have a full group of people (who wont leave) miced up and ready to grind away some rounds the game will destroy your will to live. It can be one of the best games I've ever played then one of the worst games all within an hour. It's an addiction that shouldn't be played.
The only skill needed in this game is Stoicism, but nobody uses it.
Overwatch is my chill game, I have 2000 hours, 1300 of them in Mystery Heroes, so we obviously disagree on a lot, but we can definitely agree that the push for a "Competitive" game is ruining Overwatch, and OW2 is going to be a disaster. I haven't even applied for the beta, I think I hate every decision they've made so far. Even removing the stuns makes the game more sweaty, because less skipped FPS players lose a huge advantage against dickhead Tracers and Sombras and stuff. Every decision they've made gameplay wise seems tailored to whiny DPS players. Game will be dead in a couple years without the casuals like me who love it to prop it up, and it's a shame, it was a great game to fall back on when I didn't want to play my usual strategy games and roguelikes.
I quit ow when the ow2 beta finished. I've been playing this game for 6 years both casually and competitively. What killed Ow1 for me was the constant push to make easier heroes for casual players like brig and moira but still wanting to balance the game for competitive creating a game that felt shit for both casual and competitive players. And IMO ow2 is making a mistake with 5v5, don't get me wrong it was really fun but heroes made for a 6v6 need major reworks to work. They also for some fucking reason made the new maps bigger for a 5v5 game. It's like those maps where designed to be for 6v6 and then some dumb fuck at blizzard was like "Dude what if we made it 5v5 to make it seem like a different game".
The only thing that kept OW alive until the OW2 betas was the r34. God knows that horrendous unbalanced shit game-play couldn't keep things interesting.
I play overwatch today and still enjoy it, I am called a Masochist…I don't blame people for calling me that, the amount of rage and patience I have for this game is indescribable, OVERWATCH 2 IS JUST BAD TO ME AS WELL, Overwatch 2 is 10 times more imbalanced and the only way to have fun playing Overwatch is to play with a friend and LET THE LOSS GO, You don't get anything bad from losing, so for me as much as it angers me at times, its also a stress reliever and can help me train for other games that have similar kits to the heroes in Overwatch

I've read some of the comments. And all it basically is, is a bunch people how where bad at the game and use the excuse "I play this game for fun" or its a bunch of cock suckers for tf2. And when he starts complaining about role cue go play fuck open cue it's a simple fix don't complain about something that you can just fix yourself. And for the bunch of fan boy cunts that suck this YouTuber of stfu, acceptcept this and move on.
