OVERNIGHT PISTACHIO OATS – full recipe, ingredients down below

Ingredients for 2 cups

100g rolled oats
50ml almond milk
A drizzle of honey
2 tbsp of pistachio butter
Salt to season

Pistachio butter:
Around 150g pistachios
A few drizzles of almond milk

Top layer:
80g dark chocolate, broken into smaller pieces
A tiny drizzle of almond milk
Salt, to garnish
Optional: pistachio pieces, to garnish

Mix the rolled oats, almond milk, honey, pistachio butter and salt together. Equally distribute it into 2 cups. Melt the dark chocolate by placing it into a bowl with a tiny drizzle of almond milk. Then place this into a bigger bowl of boiling water. Wait for it to melt. Equally distribute it into the 2 cups. Garnish the top with salt & small pieces of pistachio. Put them in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
