You Asked For IT!!!! In this episode we are finally cleaning the exterior of the Free Abandoned Yacht! It will take a whole lot of soap and elbow grease but by the end of the episode this old yacht will be clean for the first time in YEARS! Jake fixed up our old pressure washer and WOW does that thing have some power! It’s amazing the difference a pressure washer and wash mitt can have on the layers of dirt built up on this boat. The Mr. Dent crew really came through for us and made this whole detail project possible! Will we be able to make this paint shine like new again or will it be lost forever to the elements? I have the very same 3375 Cruisers. Same power train, genset and all. Mine is a 1998, solid well built cruiser and plenty of power with the 7.4's in there.

Can't believe it was abandoned. It had lots of value 15 years ago, even with a bad engine.
You may or may not know yet, but that Kohler generator has a Honda engine. It will run, but after that long, definitely will need a new seawater impeller.
Hey Jason and crew, you guys do a fantastic job and the cause is absolutely selfless. I'm a British Military veteran just about to retire after 40 years in the Army. Next year my wife Julia and I are touring the US in our motorhome and if we could make it work I'd love to volunteer some time to help out on our tour. Depending on the ph of the cleaners, if one is a base and you add the acid, could cause a reaction.
I think with the stuff that that boat has, it might be worth considering docking it somehwhere in Florida so it can go out onto the ocean instead of on a lake

While parked and cleaning it is ok to remove the straps off the rear.

Know what’s funny I’m combat vet and when I first went in you hear all about the perks your like wow so cool then you time comes to end and the only thing I use is the VA . I don’t care about going on a boat free dinner whatever I’m just living my life like any other civilian . For some it’s the greatest thing In the world to them n for that thank you sir

Could you include at-risk youth? Some low income children have never been outside of their neighborhood. My only "vacation" as a kid was driving to my aunt's house in Wisconsin and spending a week there. Other than that, I was never on an airplane until I was in college.

This yacht series was the first vid that brought me to rebuild rescue and im definitely subscribing because I really want to see the full process and to finally have veterans enjoy a fun cruise on this, because they really deserve it and it's definitely going to be an amazing site to see once completed
