"Orthodox Church Members Question Public Photographers…Calls Police" #FirstAmendmentRights

We were recently in Garden Grove outside Saint Luke’s Orthodox Church Fellowship Center , gathering photos & video from the public sidewalk. We had multiple encounters at this location, including police being dispatched .

  1. As this folks is how it should be done…Garden Grove police officer Curo (sp) approaches the cameraman asks if he needs anything, explains why he's on scene, affirms their right to film, provides I'd when asked and then leaves. No fuss no muss.

  2. Nothing says that people shouldn't be aware of what is going on around them. They should. If they have concerns they can ask or report suspicious activities to the police. The police should respond, investigate and report back to the concerns of the citizen(s) reporting the activity. If no laws are being broken, that is the end of it.

  3. This bald guy draws a lot of conclusions and makes unfounded aspirations toward two people standing on a public sidewalk engaged in a hobby or profession of filming in public. Weird.

  6. I know things are different… this day and age, current climate, community expectations and stuff… but I still find the sight of men in dresses out in public somewhat comical.

  8. I understand this church has many naturalized American citizens. Understanding the United States Constitution is required for citizenship.
Freedom of religion, freedom of press and freedom to gather in public, right there in the First Amendment.

  9. I like how all you "auditors" get offended when someone says you are just wanting a reaction, yet, if you had absolutely no reaction whether it be good or bad you would not post for views on youtube 🤣🤣🧐
