HEY YOU ABOUT TO POST SOMETHING STUPID:
Yes, I know my hands are large/fat. It’s because of a heart condition I suffer from called Congestive Heart Failure. Here’s a link to some information about CHF: https://cle.clinic/2TdS2Ux
One of the symptoms is that it causes fluid retention, mostly in the hands, feet/ankles, and face..

  1. Watching the LED sign reflect in the high freq speaker at the end was mesmerizing. I could hear the two small speakers at 5KHz. The LEDs on my mixer were reacting to the 10KHz. Maybe set up a VU meter so you can see it since neither of us can hear that high of a frequency.

  2. This is good stuff. The problem with testing speakers is having a reference microphone that will allow you to display what the speaker is outputting.
In the absence of, an expensive, reference microphone, there is a couple of thing you can do. Monitor the power into the speaker under test. Use one speaker as a microphone to test the others.
It is likely that all the speakers will show frequency resonance, so they will have frequencies at which they produce the greatest audio output.
I recently purchased a bat detector, that I can use to test other ultrasonic transducers, I had intended to build my own bat detector, but I ran into the same problem you are having, a lack of test gear to use as a reference.
The bat detector has already proved its value, test ultrasonic alarms.
I intend to use the purchased bat detector, to aid in the development of my own.
