I think the thing of Kuma being a man of the cloth might not be relevant? Lots of non-Catholic denominations of Christianity don’t have the celibacy as a pre-requisite for being a pastor, and he’s called pastor not priest iirc. So hoping my boy got to hit before he turned into a cyborg (or moreso that he and Ginny got to have a kid and enjoy that happiness because they deserve it, and idk if I can take the full brunt of this tragedy otherwise, but that’s less funny to say)
So I've got a theory, separated twin theory, that luffy and bonnie are twins and where separated for there protection, similar to Luke and Leia in starwars, there are many similarities between the two. Now I think dragon and Jinnie are the parents and had to separate them to protect them, similar to starwars, also similar in that regard, bonnie was with kuma, who is considered a royal and give a different last name, just like Leia, where as luffy got sent with his grandfather and kept his last name just like Luke did with his uncle, probably a long shot but with how Oda likes to take similarities from other projects I could see this being possible
what if bonney is a test tube baby. Vegapunk used the dna of Ginny and Kuma(but spliced out the buccaneer genes so she isn't persecuted) Maybe Ginny got injured when captured and her reproductive system was no longer functional
I bet she is taken to vegapunk and works there Kuma will submit himself to the government to free her but it is too late and when he arrives. Kuma asks for ginny to live and vegapunk makes bonney and stellas to be a female figure for her. Vegapunk becomes sorta a parent to bonney

I think Prince might be Grus's family name since it's written in English rather than how princes are usually referred to as in Japanese, he's not "Grus-ouji" but literally Purinsu Gurusu. So more like King and Queen.

What if the key to making a clone is using the 'Will' of a fruit, like a soul or a shadow.
Moria's powers is somewhat replicated through technology, and perhaps the ancient kingdom found a way to grow the souls/wills of great people and they turned into fruits.
It's why each of the Seraphim and Stussy have devil fruit powers. It was a key ingredient to cloning.

Overall I’m not too concerned whether or not Bonnie is a clone or Kuma’s genuine daughter. She considers him a father and she is his daughter. The specifics don’t concern me too much although I will say that I’m loving how much depth Kuma has, rewatching older arcs is gonna hit so much harder now.
My theory is Bonney IS Kuma's and Ginny's daughter. She is the product that is the same type as Weevil, created by Vegapunk using both or one parent DNA. Science baby is still experimental in One Piece world. Bonney had an attack called Distorted Future where there is a future where she inherit Kuma's Bucaneer Blood. With Science, Kuma might have request for Vegapunk to make sure Bonney stay human like Ginny, the mother.
Math piece while kinda cool but wouldnt it imply that oda is purposefully rushing or dragging out the story just to have events reach these milestones. Id rather the story play out naturally instead if having "oh thats pretty neat" moments in the discussion.
