I love how this opening ties in with the first, in the manga panels, jolyne running at the end of the first version and the punch at the end of the second
It gives me a very end of journey feeling
Man I dunno why but that sequence at Jotaro turning around and Pucci jumping into view as the screen goes dark, along with those sfx is really mesmerizing, it's honestly hard to stop rewatching it lol. The music for the op could have been a bit better but that special op is just so freaking good man
Thought it was kinda mid at first but after rewatching every episode and having it on loop out of respect for several hours.. it’s pretty cool. I can’t tell if I like the song or just have it stuck in my head now.
I love how pucchi and Jolyne are fighting in the joestar mansion just like dio and Jonathan but instead of the mansion staying in tactic it getting destroyed symbolizing that this is the final fight of the joestars. DP quality callbacks
I love the look on star platinum when his time stop just…stops lol. He's like "hold up, this isn't how it's supposed to go."
Great detail is that Jolyne and Pucci are fighting in the original Joestar manor just like Jonathan and Dio in Part 1s opening!
First listening: visually wonderful, the song? Not bad but…
Few more listening after: this song is pretty damn good and very fitting!
After watching the batch and listening to the song a few times, including the full English version: GET OUT OF MY HEAD! I WANNA SLEEP!

So, in Sono Chi no Sadame, the first manga panel you see in Jolyne. It was a popular fan theory that the Made in Heaven OP would speed through all the other openings and loop back. Well, that partially came true—we go back to the manga panels and speed through the Joestar family. Really great OP

If this is all we ever get from Araki's work from David Productions then what a way to go out with Stone Ocean. Manga readers were waiting for decades to see parts 1 to 6 fully animated and us anime onlys have been on this ride for a decade.

one thing you didnt mention is that the music got a little faster and more intense after jotaro stops time
I love how the sound of Jotaro’s time skip is sped up and much shorter when he uses it against made in heaven

The final opening felt like a love letter for the JoJo fans, its like the TouHou's Bad Apple that it plays or hit nostalgia to us

When I got first introduced to JoJo, parts 1-5 were already animated. Now with part 6 being completely animated I experienced how long it takes to animate a whole part. Those references from the first opening literally shocked me. Those 10 years of the JoJo anime were totally worth it. ❤️
Rip Foo Fighters, the undisputed best girl. Also I love how this opening resembles the part 3 ops so much. The song itself is beautiful as well. Best opening of 2022 easily. Jojo did it again
BEAUTIFUL opening and song! Final episodes of Part 6 were amazing and got me super emotional. My favorites are Great Days, Traitor's Requiem & Crazy Noisy Bizzare Town. This one has now joined my favorites.
