My old greyhound was the same; she had to take pills, and I constantly had to change the camouflage treat. Sometimes, I just had to shove them down her throat. Too smart.
Variety is the spice of life! Maybe something else for the pills. What we did for our Malamute was to put the pills into the back of his throat and then rubbed his neck and hugged / petted him.
I've missed out on some of the videos. So I'm assuming that Sherps is now getting on in years??

i call them "sugar pills" because they're mostly sugar, ie (highly processed bleached white powders) end result is a damaged Pancreas [leads to Diabetes/Dementia/Alzheimers, and early death]
