  1. I actually loved death stranding it’s like being a ups driver but in a horror type atmosphere and u can carry weapons and the story is really good but yea I guess it takes a certain kind of person to really enjoy it.

  2. 1. People still playing the OG PS4
    2. Not many people got the PS4 Pro
    3. The PS5 was sold during COVID and most people just got their hands on it in finally the last year and a half to 2 after the initial shortage and NEW shock.

  3. As a PC gamer with a high end 4090 PC I have no use for consoles especially that we have gamepass so I don't need an Xbox and PlayStation has been giving us all the heavy hitters so I don't need a PlayStation either.

My next purchase will be s switch 2 so I can have the Nintendo catalogue.

I have not played a mintendo since gamecube. So i feel i want to jump in

  4. Youtubers ruin games anymore. Making videos about leaks. If leaks only came in a magazine like they did 20yrs ago company's wouldn't be so hard on shit or if YOUTUBERS stopped promoting leaks in every video. Even emulation. Why spread the word about a game running on PC if its not ment to? Oh yea yall want to be first on everything. RgT85 is the worst with that shit. It's like he's poor. RgT made a video and what he wants from switch pro. He has said all the things many time since 2017. His video was pointless but people shit on DC guy I feel RGT is worse than DC guy.

  5. for anyone interested one thing to note about steams update for their games if you read what the terms and conditions they do say that you purchase a license to own not to distribute and also they talk about a possible service in the future where you can trade or sell your old games to other users through steam but that is what i understood about it and i hope the second one happens.

  6. If they want to stop the emulation, then give us what we want as far as remakes/remasters we want to buy or nso content we want as well. So many great games that haven’t even been discussed at Nintendo.

  7. I love Retro Game Corps, and emulating in general, but Nintendo not having the Wii U shop open or Wii games available for sale right now is not a good argument for emulation. Nintendo paid for the games to be made (or published, etc.)–it's their IP to do what they want with. People emulating Wind Waker HD (for example) are less likely to buy a new release of that game on the Switch. That's common sense. Yeah they're an ultrarich corporation, but that doesn't change the fact that they're owed a high level of respect for making the game happen in the first place. Gamer logic only goes so far. There's a reason you don't see too many business owners openly fighting for free-for-all emulation (by-way-of "piracy" and whatnot).

  8. We already have precedence in regards to emulation. Sony Computer Entertainment America v. Bleem from 2000. Nintendo doesn't have much of a legal leg to stand on.

  9. Nintendo has been around for decades…they know what they're doing … Nintendo does not rely much on Thier 3rd party for support but Thier own IPS… furthermore Nintendo has the know-how , experience and means to make consoles much more powerful than Sony….this will cause a delay is game development that are also rushed not pushing the console to its limits…a generation behind allows Nintendo to make far superior games in terms of gameplay and heck even then games look astonishing compared to many PS4/5 games…
Sony pushing tech to its limits where the cooling fans blow louder than home air conditioning and even then the limited games are lacking the potentials…
Nintendo is superior in every way

  10. This is unrelated to everything, but check your playstation stars points. I had $120 worth of redeemable ps store credit just sitting there soon to start expiring.

  11. No surprise that the PS5 pro didnt sell out. All the talking points that have been covered since its reveal sum it up. Price being one of the big ones. Personally I wouldn't even do a trade in of my ps5 to "upgrade" to the new one. The return on investment is only favorable to the stores offering these deals.

  12. I think not having a product sell out to push fomo shouldn’t really be normalized as a bad thing. I mean the PS4 Pro sold 14.5 million last gen, or about 12 percent of the playerbase. If we’re saying 1 in 10 people bought this thing, that pretty much tracks. The last thing we want is companies (like Nintendo who have done this in the past) making the decision to make less to force scarcity and prey on people’s fomo. It’s not good and honestly I’m glad Sony made enough for people who want one. We just don’t really have any launch games with it. I think it’s going to take either that first killer app, or for games to continue to perform worse as feature rich UE5 and comparable titles come out sparking a desire for cleaner visuals at 60 fps. A lot of people still don’t even have a high end tv to take advantage of this stuff either. Why the PS4 Pro only sold to 12 percent.

  13. Nintendo doesn't like fans preserving or modding their games. But also don't provide options to purchase said games. While proceeding to shut down their digital storefronts a few years after their next console releases. Nintendo offers great products. But hate their corporate side😔

  14. I personally don't understand why company are upset wean shomene playing I game that no longer selling if the only way to play game is to pirate 🏴‍☠️ or buy on therd hand it doesn't effect the bottom line of whatever it selling right now.

I mean why is i problem if people play 10+ year's old game's that no longer in selling.

As game development if someone play my game 30 year's later I will be happy not upset that person does use pirate copy or whatever especially if the game is no longer for selling.

  15. Nah. Ubi$oft didn't want 3 flops in the same year. That's why it got delayed. so now they're only going to have two flops in 2024 and start off 2025 with one flop out the gate.

  16. I think it's more like 1 out of 1,000,000 are preordering the PS5 Pro, lmao. Honestly, I don't expect it to sell more than a few thousand units and it'll probably end up discounted to below a regular PS5, if they even bother to try and sell it.
