  17. If its for elemental burst , theres an artifact set giving at dmg when you have high energy recovery , the dmg can be at least 50% more than what you did

    But most important , since you have 3 watter unit , its your dendro unit that do the elemental reaction , so in that case the correct setup would be to

    first reach 70k with nilou , and second , put nilou blade on the traveler , give him more elemental mastery , 2k dmg is the basic dmg for this elemental reaction , nilou passive make it reach around 9k , your traveler elemental mastery is 0 , it does reach 100 when someone take dmg from dendro reaction , and i guess thats why sometimes your dmg are a bit higher

    according to my calculation with basic elemental mastery stats and the new artifact set giving 230 elemental mastery , your elemental reaction should reach from 30k to 100k , idk exactly if nilou 400% bonus is aditive or not

    If however you want To use that weapon on nilou you need to use her with 3 dendro user , in that case shes the one doing elemental reaction , shes the one that need the elemental mastery stats

    Your nilou , is more like a c6 nilou build , high hp 50k is enough , high crit , with passive you get 30% crit rate and 60% crit dmg bonus , with thoses stats nilou enhanced basic attack should reach around 80k each

    But the weapon is still not needed with the crit build , give her crit dmg weapon , or if you dont have

    Theres also a last strange build for low stats players that dont have her weapon , but you need 2 ice units , you put the ice set giving 40% crit rate , then you use first lets say kaeya skill burst nilou skill attack spam , then switch to lets say that ice 5 star kid that is available from the start , use his skill , then switch to nilou , skill and attack spam

    And last unit , best would be zhongli , but anything should be ok as long as its not fire
