I don't think Levis will get past the Raiders pick. I see him going at #7. If the Titans want to get into the QB game, they will need to trade up to #3 with the Cardinals and try to snag Richardson from underneath the Colts. Otherwise, they will have to settle for Hooker. That is why if the Colts want to seal the deal for Richardson, they need to make that trade with the Cards before anyone else can.
