Can you specify if you had a mistake when saying the spear gets more damage from strength? You said it scales with dex but a second afterwards you say that you get more damage with strength. is that correct or a mistake?
I just have a 1050 TI, can I run this with at least 30fps?
So, does it get more damage from strength or dexterity? you sorta said otherwise.

Exploited weakness is much, much better than Reserved Strength imo.
RS gives you damage only at full stam, but even in group pve you have to dodge stuff. Basically unusable in solo pve or pvp. EW in the other hand is very easy to stack up with just Perforate alone (since it gives 3 stacks of Rend). Basically almost any Spear skill gives some sort of debuff so you can almost always have 20-30% dmg buff up.
0:29 you say you will get more damage out of strength? Did you mean Dexterity?
Vault-kick is SO good in PVE when mobs are '"Charging" for an attack (blueish like animation), you can easily cancel their attack with it.
