  2. Like one of the other commenters, I too finished armoring, managed to get to 150 weapon smithing, and then paused. That is until my Company governor told me I was an idiot for putting all that work into crafting. So, now I have to finish weapon smithing. I have to kill him šŸ˜‚ 🤣

  3. Thank you so much for your videos! A lot of New World videos on trade skills are focused on buying mats to level. Your vid’s are perfect for players like me who actually enjoy the loop of sourcing much of our own materials to craft. Thank you thank you thank you šŸ™

Also, had no idea you could buy buffs from towns you live in?!! What?!! Always thought only governing company could do that !!

  4. I think u forgot a very important part. Anyone has done or will do some dungeons and gain specific tokens. When ever possible build those dungeon specific weapons/armors because they will give a massive boost in xp gained.

  5. I have been looking everywhere for a post 1.1 patch weaponsmithing guide, thank you so much! I went from 0-105 doing this method but hit a wall with reagents. On my low pop server flux is going for no less than 1.40 a pop which is ridiculous considering just last week I could buy obsidian flux for .40. I have no problem finding ores, but reagents are gonna kill my drive to keep grinding.

  6. Im sorry but how is weaponsmithing "arguably the most important skills" you can master? Weaponsmithing lets you craft only a small part of game weapon types and nothing else, while skills like arcana and engineering let's you craft weapons AND other usefull items (potions, tools etc.) Not only that, you need to realize theres plenty of almost best in slot droppable weapons from world activities and expeditions. On top of that it will be the most expensive trade skill other maybe than furnishing to level. Weaponsmithing is definetely the most useless skill to level.

  7. Good information but a bit false. It is very hard to make profit from crafting weapons. Armoring is much better. Edit: Best craftable weapons are bind on pickup and spamming orichalcum weapons in hope for good rolls is a money waste.
