Out of all of them, I whole heartedly recommend A Short Hike, plays and looks like a dream and surprisingly more complex than you think. Brilliant game 🎉
I picked up Battle Chef Brigade this time. It looks like it doesn't go on sale too often and when it does, it's brief. Sorry you had to sell a bunch of your physical collection! I've been collecting the past couple years have really enjoyed it. It's getting tough though because the number of great games and cool indies coming out is crazy.
I've got to pick up short hike one of these days. I've heard so many good things, and I actually like the idea that it is only 5-6 hours long. Great pallet cleanser after Xenoblade chronicles 3 before I start the next big thing!
Whoa, last time Battle Chef Brigade Deluxe was on sale was back in 2019! Grabbing it now.
I got Door Kickers: Action Squad on sale in March. Repetitive, but an addictive fast loading "one more go" loop. Light puzzle strategy tactics with reflex demanding action. A tiny download at a tiny sale price.
Lots of bang for buck and just screams fun to me. Suits the Switch well, playing for 5 minutes or 5hrs wondering where the time went.
I unfortunately already own most of these…lol. The backlog is THICK!! But, i am picking up "Battle Chef Brigade Deluxe". It looks fun and hasn't been on sale in 2 years and then it was $10.

It's not my favorite game, but Door Kickers Action squid, may be the game I go back to the most often. Great game for the $ highly recommend.

People use the classification of Metroidvania too freely. There’s not that many games that actually are. Same with RPG, even more so.

Some great games there but got most of them over the years. Battle chef brigade was certainly something new
