I'm glad they're supporting this with more content, but it'd be nice if the existing content would work on Switch…
I do wish they release the monsters in the artbook as DLC. many look really cool
My only gripe was the lack of monsters.
This is the best game, man.
I just want them to fix the Switch port. All of the stuttering and freezing is pure torture.
The switch is at 1.3.0 and is unplayable 😢 it needs to be fixed
The game is cool, but the final evolutions for the monsters look so lame
Game runs amazing on Xbox series x gotta say after 23+ hours of game play and just 1 crash when I was already in post game I'm thoroughly impressed by everything this game has to offer. Can't wait for more

I really just think is an engine problem the switch thing. Nobody uses Godot as an engine. Besides switch is the only version with problrms

Since they call it an update and not dlc I don't think we will have to pay for update 1.2. As it will probably contain a lot of bug fixes and stuff as well for both pc and switch. More so switch.
I absolutely love Cassette Beasts. I have played a single save more than 160 hours, but there is a single problem that comes with this. If I open my sticker bag directly, it takes literally 15 minutes (I timed it) for my PC to load up the sticker pouch. This is due to having way too many stickers and also not having a very good PC for gaming

I love Cassette Beasts to death when it came out and basically played only it for about two weeks. I really hope they make more content for it because the biggest issue I have with the game is that its world feels a bit small for no good reason.
Compared to a game like Crystal Project which strangely enough shares a lot of common aspects (same way to explore and combat are also turn based) it's night and day. Crystal Project's map feels huge from start to finish and I was blown away everytime I realized it was even bigger than I previously thought it was. Cassette Beasts feels fairly small in scope from start to finish and it's a real shame because the battle mechanics could warrant having a really beefy game.
If they call it update 1.2 it's clearly not dlc but just a free update with a few more cassettes to collect (which is very surprising honestly). They could all be special cassettes like the currently available ones in endgame and that's it?
I hope they fix the bugs it hinders the gameplay
Another buggy broken launch day game, going back to TOTK.
i have to say the game came to gamepass few days ago and im hooked. so many synergies with passives and active skills its almost ridiculous, and how each element/type interacts with one another is also deep. truly the fighting system is both easy to understand and use and complex enough to keep even seasoned rpg player interested. truly a gem of monster taming genre. hope this becomes a series
I just hope we get more organic, expressionate and bulky monsters. The fact that the game doesn't even have one good bulky, intimidating design and is so lacking in expressionate designs is dissapointing.
