  1. I do like the grand strategy and tactic that tries to push you to use the pot…

It’s like they wanted to just fill the page with words but not actually contribute to anything ever. If I were to see either or both of those succeed at a tournament, I think I’d accuse those players of match fixing and cheating lol.

  2. Great video, thanks Coach! And thanks to Jacob for his great analysis!

GW should turn Mournfang into Rhinox to see them a little more often. Their new ability is really nice but, played by 2, their charge only causes mortals on 6+… it’s sad I think. Making them benefit from the Blubbergrub spell would be really great! And I really like his 2nd army list. Much more my play style. Manage to fit the Stonehorn which is really monstrous with, among other things its new rampage, and the Blasters, it’s great!! But as mentioned, making sure that the Slaughtermaster stays alive is going to be the challenge! He is the Ogor to beat!

  3. I enjoy Ravenous brutes, but it's very frustrating that you can charge into something hefty, kill them but lose a few ogors in the fight..and then you lose models due to still being hungry

  4. Great discussion, as always!

I think that 3D6 rampage move will be very popular! 😀

Overall, the book seems to be in line with what GW has been doing with most renewed BT's lately – minor tweaks, better internal balance, streamlining some rules and reducing dice rolls (no rerolls, merging some weapons, etc). Looks mostly the same, but playing feels a bit better overall.

This is actually good in my opinion. With such a fast pace of releasing revamped BT's, people need some time do adjust, and the fact that factions still mostly play the same way, with similar rules, helps navigate this transition period.

I will be taking on the new ogors soon!
