It's not a bar but Pirates' House in Savannah Georgia is a cool restaurant.
Roomie and I stopped by on the way home today and we were glad to see this lovely video waiting for us when we got back!
The Pirates dinner theater in Orlando is also a fun evening and they do vampirates seasonally.

I would recommend the Mai-Kai restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It's scheduled to reopen this fall, and if I remember correctly, it has a nautically themed bar. Great video! Love the intersection of Gothic and Tiki!
