It’s tragic, but we hold onto hope that history will soon repeat itself.
In a significant move, NASA chose SpaceX to spearhead the development of a lunar-optimized Starship Human Landing System (HLS) for the Artemis program. This initiative aims to establish a permanent base on our nearest celestial neighbor. SpaceX is hard at work crafting the two-stage Starship vehicle, comprising a Super Heavy rocket booster to propel the spacecraft into orbit.
Notably, Lisa Watson-Morgan, NASA’s Human Landing System program manager yesterday posted to LinkedIn on the “remarkable progress” from SpaceX in relation to HLS.
”Had a fantastic trip to South Texas to see remarkable progress on infrastructure for SpaceX in relation to the Human Landing System program part of the overall Artemis Enterprise returning humans to the Moon. In attendance were leadership of Headquarters Exploration Systems and Moon to Mars” She shared.

Our “Social Programs” supporting the healthy ne’er-do-wells (slag/dregs) cost us HUGE amounts of money that could have easily supported these efforts. Also our schools have been dumbed down to the lowest common denominator, so smart educated engineers are few and far between, so brain pool is very shallow. All done by VERY short sighted corrupt politicians.

But put someone like Elon Musk in charge & look how quickly things start to happen ! I think governments underestimate the knowledge we have about the dangers that space represents to Life on Earth. They could rally the entire industrial effort towards developing space exploration technologies around the Globe and give an eternal purpose to Humanity in peace and passion.
They are fake. Because they have not been back there It should be relatively easy for them to get back. It shouldn't take them a long time It would have already had to stop the prep and ready to launch It shouldn't take that model to get to the moon. And what they did was they overlaid each tape and each tape that was overlaid shows one recurring mountain in the background. Where's the lunar lander All you have to do is go to telescope.

I wish people would stop calling Starship launch tests "failures". If a Falcon 9 blows up and they lose the payload that's a failure. But every Starship launch is a successful data gathering event.

The only reason NASA selected SpaceX Starship "solution" worth of Rube Goldberg for their HLS wes price – they could not afford anything ales, since Congress kept redirecting funds to the bottomless money pit of SLS. Starship is almost uniquely unsuitable for the task, bug beggars can't be choosers – it will have to do. I only wish Thomas Mueller and Hans-Jörg Königsmann were still with SpaceX.
~ 6:15 – This is a tidbit I didn't know – SpaceX' "cool" IVA suit is only intended as the "last line of defense", not meant to actually operate the spacecraft in it, unlike NASA "pumpkin suit", which is developed from the long line of suits worn by high altitude fighter and reconnaissance airplane pilots. I suspected that much, but this is a confirmation. That makes the path from it to EVA suit much longer and more difficult.
Insiders at SpaceX space suit development systems said the suits will come in at $5,000 each ! This is simply amazing !
I always heard the conspiracy that we never went to tbe moon and i took it as such…conspiracy…..as i get older and now NASA people say "well we have lost the technology to go back to the moon" and we are having a hard time actually doing it the conspiracy nuts seem a bit less nutty…we have been told by scientists that no civilization in the past was more advanced than we are now yet in my own lifetime we were more advanced in space travel in the past…shits just not adding up
I really hope the Polaris dawn crew could ask the people of the inspiration to join when they, go on the starship.
Launch will be end of March or April cadence will pick up to 2 starship a month after that, that start in June. At some point Space X will have to build two or three towers in Florida to make contract dead lines and get to mars. I only see two major project that Space must get done, 1> safe and consistent starship to starship refueling in space. 2> maned starship that support 14 astronauts for minimum 30 days by End first quarter of 2025.
