  1. I’m 14 years old. I’ve been doing 300-500 pushups, 100 pull-ups, and I’m just now adding dips and some leg movements for about little over a year now. I was always wondered what you did cus you were crazy swole as a kid

  4. This is a great motivation for me. Imma Jehovah witness too and i really wanna js move out to live my life. My mom doesnt even allow me to leave the house for gym because of the "wordly people". But your calisthenics videos helped me develop my body to the point where im more confident in myself and its only been a year. Great video keep up the work.

  5. The power in your hands is crazy bro. Here’s a tip: don’t try to make contact before retracting your arm back to position. Try to punch THROUGH your target before retracting. I notice as much as the bag moves you seem to be focused on making contact, rather than punching THROUGH. Just a tip though, all respect bro
