Not having Togashi is pure disrespect.
Arakawa Hiromu should be in there too. Not just for FMA but also for Silver Spoon.
Takehiko Inoue should definitely be in there too for the Vagabond art and Slam Dunk.
And of course Morikawa for Hajime no Ippo.
I would also have Urasawa Naoki somewhere in there but I understand if you don't dig him.

I do recommend Orient it’s really good. No Sinbad magic but the powers are fun and characters are compelling. Just takes a while to get to it. When you meet Shiro is when the story starts proper
