Because it’s such a minor charge can it be appealed? In many states it cannot. That conviction also protects against a civil rights suit.

By June & July of 2021 Covid Cases were had declined significantly in the Northeast. Covid spiked again in Nov 2021 – Jan 2022, but before that Covid restrictions were lifted all over the place by July of 2021. If they were so worried about Covid in the building that they needed a Covid Signin Sheet, they why weren't any of the employees in the building wearing masks???

Sean, sadly I have to welcome you to the ranks of the failure of the justice system. You have all the proof on camera. I did not and have to pay the rest of my life for standing up for myself. I want to qualify what I’m going to say; I don’t comment on LIA because for the most part you don’t get nasty and super disrespectful when you audit some of these places. I still wholly disagree with what you do. But I make allowances for the way you do it. However, this trial and the way you have reacted screams butt hurt to me.
