The guy on the candle is the original artist, Screamin Jay Hawkins who first performed this version in 1956.
His video is available on YouTube.
She was 9, she's from Norway, and English is her third language. She arranged this herself too.
You are talking about the Saxophone player, judging from your hand positions. These are all front line musicians and they know she is no joke as a singer or as a musical savant with her innate knowledge of music which enables her to re-write some of the most well known standards. She is a singer, yes, but she also is a musician in terms of her musical knowledge.

I was 8 years old when I heard the original song written and recorded by Screamin' Jay Hawkins in 1956. Angelina gives him credit when she holds up the candle with Screamin' Jay's picture on it! She arranged this version, and most of her other songs. You see that she's writing something in the beginning. The man reading her notes is the studio director, who stated that Angelina presented those to him as her "wishes." She maintains that innocence throughout her life, including today when she is 16 years old. Truly an amazing human being.
She honors the original artist with that candle: "Screaming" Jay Hawkins, 1956. Check out his original, if you like. The recording, not the live performance. Her rendition is more like the recording. In this video, Angelina Jordan is 9 years old. Now in 2022, she is 16 years old and singing beautifully. It makes me happy to see you all enjoying this video of Angelina Jordan singing like a tiger.
