  1. He could have driven his truck into the hedge on the side of the road
What else was he expecting will stop his truck other than all those people he killed?

  2. I happened to be at the spot 200m away. The vehicle really struggled downhill. I was from Muhoroni. From the look of things, he had tried avoiding the traders…..he pushed so many vehicles trying to stop the trailer.
He did his best for like 100m still on tarmac trying to stop.

  3. Was he tested for drugs or alcohol? Was he medically fit to drive? Was the vehicle in a legally safe condition? Has his phone been taken for forensic analysis to determine if he had distracted himself? Vehicles brakes don't just fail, that is just the lame excuse every killer driver repeats. He should be charged with vehicular genocide, and all other involved parties sued for extensive damages and compensation, including the road authority for letting the market exist in close proximity to the roadway.

  4. Better every driver whether on truck or smaller cars should stop immediately however urgent it is the journey at the very point where breaks fail and mobile mechanics work shop be introduced to all roads accoumbained by mobile policeman

  6. Kenyan driver are driving dangerously and they have caused a lot of accidents on Ugandan roads. Service your vehicles regularly do not take risk. Braking failures is lack of vehicles services.
