  1. The intense inflection at the end of almost every sentence is a bit off putting. Feels very over dramatic history channel show vibe. I will say it’s a good step forward so thank for you all the hard work!

  2. This is a huge step forward for you! I see other commenters stating how this guy sounds too dramatic, i agree, but it's not all his fault.
You are clipping all of his sentences short. Every line has a FULL STOP before moving on the the next line. This makes the flow of the text feel, to me, jarring. Kinda like a terminal printing out code

Consider the benefit of allowing the actor to make the transitions in the lines himself. You just splice together the big chunks.
Also consider the value of silence and pauses.

Overall i love the new actor he does need talk in a less sharp and serious tone but overall his voice helps.
Oh maybe consider adding some VERY light background music behind him on a loop.

ALSO. WHEN YOU START A NEW SECTION OR SWITCH TO A NEW PERSONS PERSPECTIVE
DD AN ON SCREEN AND AUDITORY CUE. (This can be just a slide with 5 or 6 seconds of silence) THIS WILL LET THE VIEWER KNOW THAT THE PERSPECTIVE IS CHANGING.

  3. Imagine your Russian commander telling you, you're going out at night on a "reconnaissance mission" and you know it actually means getting as close to the germans as you can, then throw the most red hot grenade possible in order to activate the enemy most anti-you weapon they got.

  4. I am a fan of you changing the voice acting as the normal one feels robotic and lazy, this one seems a tad too dramatic though I think you should try a different voice
