  3. Iโ€™m irrationally afraid of deep frying, but I will absolutely be making the base beef recipe! I have a pressure cooker, so Iโ€™ll be cutting the chicken broth way down. I canโ€™t wait for the next time chuck goes on sale! ๐Ÿ˜‹
